This term, Year 11 Outdoor and Environmental Studies students visited the You Yangs Regional Park, in the traditional country of the Wadawurrung People.  Students spent the day bushwalking, learning about the environment, taking in the views of this beautiful area and appreciating the Australian outdoor environments. Students have been learning how to visit places and uphold minimal impact practices, discussing motivations and responses to outdoor experiences and analysing Victorian ecosystems. Students had a great day; even though the walk was challenging for some, it was a great start to our Year 11 Outdoor Program this year.
