Future Thinkers Event
On Thursday 17th October high ability students across year 9 and 10 travelled to BlueScope Steel in the CBD to participate in the Australian Business and Community Network Future Thinkers mentoring program. Students had the opportunity to work with mentors to create solutions to a problem using the design thinking methodology, and present their results. Mentors shared their own career journeys and challenges as students learned about career pathways in Engineering. A huge thank you to Mr Ward and Ms Filipo for supporting students on the excursion.
